1. Find Your Fitness Center
With 9,000+ participating fitness centers nationwide, you can find one that's most convenient for you.
2. Join the Active&Fit Direct™ Program
Pay your $25 a month (plus a $25 enrollment fee and applicable taxes) each month thereafter.
3. Once enrolled, Enjoy Your Workout
Bring your Active&Fit Direct fitness card to the fitness center. The fitness center will ask you to complete additional forms.
